Designing and operating distinctive event venues
The By Kadrance adventure began in 2004 with the opening of a pioneering venue, at a time when coworking spaces were not yet widespread: a stand-alone 1930s building in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, entirely devoted to professional meetings. Run by a family of enthusiasts who pioneered the operation of venues with character, the Cercle Kadrance was born with the aim of offering a new kind of meeting, in a “home from home” spirit.
Over the following two decades, the By Kadrance label took on various renovation and operating projects for Paris venues, mainly intended for professional events: a private mansion, a confidential apartment and a contemporary terrace.
The Bouigue family has also extended its expertise in the design and fitting-out of extraordinary venues to Mauritius, with the property development project Anbalaba, which notably includes a resort concept in harmony with the local nature.

Over the course of its projects and the various venues it has operated, By Kadrance has never stopped innovating in spaces and offerings, in order to provide its clients with ever more refined event services.
