Company end-of-year party in Paris

Cocktail reception, seated dinner or dance evening: three venues with character in Paris and the Île-de-France.

By Kadrance offers three venues for your company end-of-year party: Le Cercle d’Aumale, a private mansion in the 9th arrondissement, Le Bateau Phare, a boat moored on the Seine in the 13th, and Le Pavillon de la Muette, a royal hunting lodge in the Saint-Germain-en-Laye forest. Capacities go up to 350 people for a cocktail reception.

A cocktail reception to share your wishes, a seated dinner to thank your teams, a dance evening to close the year: the By Kadrance concierge team advises you on the choice of room, the layout and the providers.

Which format for your party?

Cocktail reception

Standing and convivial, it suits wishes, thank-yous or an announcement to the whole company. It takes place in the Club at Aumale, on the Deck of Le Bateau Phare or at the Pavillon de la Muette.

Seated dinner

More formal, it builds closer ties between guests. At Le Cercle d’Aumale the dinner is spread over two rooms of the Studio; on Le Bateau Phare the Carré seats 100 people.

Dance evening

The acoustics of the Studio at Le Cercle d’Aumale are designed for dance evenings of up to 150 people. The Cale on Le Bateau Phare takes 200.

DJ and entertainment

The Cale has a stage, a control desk and a DJ booth. Le Bateau Phare offers a team of artists and stage installations, and the concierge team opens its network of providers for entertainment such as an escape game or a collaborative treasure hunt in Paris.

Recommended timeline

General advice, to adapt to the life of your organisation:

  1. Define the project

Set the number of guests, the format (cocktail, dinner, dance evening) and the atmosphere. Plan several possible dates, avoiding the accounting year-end, public holidays and school holidays.

  2. Book early

The earlier you contact the venue, the wider the choice of dates and spaces. The weeks of December are generally the most sought after for this kind of event.

  3. Build the evening

Choose the catering (By Kadrance resident chef or your own caterer), the entertainment, the DJ or artists, and the furniture needed, with the help of the concierge team.

  4. Prepare the logistics

The on-site team handles deliveries, the supply of equipment and the installation of personalised elements (screens, visuals).

  5. Enjoy the evening

The team welcomes each of your guests and remains on hand throughout the evening.
